CENTER STAGE I:
CENTER STAGE I takes the mystery, drudge, and fear out of speaking with influence by combining neuroscientific techniques in human performance and classic theater insights with video feedback.
This program is packed with practical skills that are useful for meetings, presentations, and many forms of communication. Our goals are to insure you advance to a significantly higher level of competence than where you began.

- Sort out which body language enhances your message and which detracts
- Develop techniques that reinforce your credibility
- Learn powerful and effective techniques that improve the impact or your visual aids and technology

- Think on your feet with authenticity and credibility so you don’t get caught without a powerful response
- Discover an effective and practical approach for structure
- Create powerful openings and closings to engage your audience quickly and leave them wanting more

- Cure weak, fragile, or monotone voice

CENTER STAGE II:
CENTER STAGE II Advanced picks up where Center Stage I: Speaking with Influence left off. Now that much of the mystery, drudge, and fear of speaking with influence is put to rest, most speakers want more practice and feedback. The Advanced program provides you with just such an opportunity. You will put into practice your new skills as well as add to your understanding with several new ones.
As with Center Stage I, this one-day Advanced program builds upon your current strengths. We are advocates for the latest neuroscientific breakthroughs in human performance and classic theater insights that are applicable to professional communication. Our goals are to insure you advance to a significantly higher level of competence than before the program. You learn with amazing speed thanks to neuroscientific techniques and videotaped feedback. This program is packed with practical skills that are useful for meetings, presentations, and many forms of communication. The following are the primary course objectives addressed
- To review key concepts that you learned in Speaking with Influence
- To further practice and apply the Star Structure to your content
- To apply the most important skill for using PowerPoint or other presentation software
- To practice the stage craft for using notes more professionally
- To continue to enhance and improve your confidence, influence, and professionalism
- To learn new techniques for handling questions
- To obtain additional video documentation of your skills
- To receive feedback from the instructor and participants
- To provide you with a self-evaluation tool
- To resolve additional questions and concerns
To take your skills to the next level, you will continue to work on existing content and apply what you know to new content to improve your skills applying the Star Structure with more ease. You’ll receive additional video and participant feedback as well as receive another written chapter to add your Center Stage Speaking with Influence workbooks.
Prerequisite: To enroll in the Center Stage II ADVANCED workshop, you must first have completed Center Stage I Speaking with Influence within the past 12 months.
